NIGHT

The wailings of the night sends a melodious tune to the thick and woods creeping thru the forests and wilds the chirping of the birds reverberate from trees breathing with ease its darkness so strong could hold strings for a guitar's play how silent and calm that a needle's drop be heard the duck stay awake with others fast asleep like an alert vigilante its cold breeze ignites pulsating feeling through my body veins you come bearing the moon which illuminates the earth by whose light tales are fun with clansmen gathered at the village square giving us silhouettes better than an artist's work

Tell me what you outfit Slim fitted and tightening your shape to pronounce For those who care What are you,an hijabite? Your ribs they show Like lines on note book Your sprouted bum Like fertilized watermelon What are you,an hijabite? Make up you wear looking a decorated chimpanzee Why be an incurable malady You represent a brand

The Deranged

He looked up to the sky Laughed out loud Then he gibbered I'm coming for a date Lord He took to his heels To the nearest tree Jumped to the back And up he goes Up at the peak He mutters out loud I'm here God Show thy face if ye scared not He throws to the sky Pebbles from his pockets Asking for war Not forthcoming We pleaded with him down to come And when he did Then we realized He is a DERANGED

My Space

A place I choose What to or not to do Where i decide to think bout me or others Here i dream while i stay awake The best of dreams with my senses all alert To be in a land where imaginations could turn real Without these dreams though I might go nowhere In a reflection of myself My confidence i build With pep talks i give To shape my life For a beautiful here And an eternal there to come In this space of mine

RAIN ! RAIN !!

The dark clouds And the wailing thunder The beckons of the heavens Sends down thunderous sounds Kicking at the roofs of our abode Warming our bodies With the cold it brings Keeping in bed lazy bones While others ward off in thy water Well kitted to absorb thy cold Hot water thou hath made Our bath and meal The day to go with And a pool to struggle our day through Vehicular hiccup becomes inevitable Making us getting to work late And business becomes dull We sing thee come another day 'Cus we love thee still

Contretemps

Juillet 15th, 2017 At the completion of yet another feat Amidst challenges and hurdles great Men celebrated and danced  To music air rented Alas set to leave  To the land where hustle and bustle never cease And in split seconds came the dark With clouds hovering round men's soul Only to be at the brink of death With legs of the vehicular compartment up high Lo! these men defy death And again they live to breath It was but God And only could be God
