Debasement

So many a time,i have wondered how employees cope with the situation they find themselves in with their employers,bearing in mind that these employees make up the lump sum of amount declared in the accounts of the employers at the end of their financial year.
To this end,i am of the believe that good returns should be the lot of these employees,but unfortunately the reverse seem to be the case in most situation.This is because they've virtually got no choice.
It isn't surprising,though it beats my imagination to see some employees of some companies being conveyed to and fro work in a truck or lorry,worst still a container and it is most particular about construction companies and some few other.
This however is because they don't refer to them as workers rather as labourers as they often are refered to.You know as i do that these companies can afford the best buses to convey their workers considering the amount of money they make and to make situation worst they are awarded contract which are being handled by these ''labourers'' who should be reemunerated highly.
I wasn't so amazed when this morning in traffic i saw what is being used to convey some workers,a lorry with a canopy mounted over it with the workers standing in it to God knows where the company is.Others include containers with small openings at the side for air to come in through and a ladder for workers to climb in to it.
There can't be any worst form of debasement than this and it should be looked into by relevant authorities as these meant to be ''staff-buses'' are meant for conveying materials,equipment and the rest from one place or the other.
